Whinney-Knowe guest house is located in Letham, near Forfar in Angus, Scotland, approximately 15 miles North-East of Dundee.

The village of Letham has two pubs and several local shops, including a wonderful craft shop. There are many great walks where you can see buzzards, red squirrels and deer.
If you are looking for a quiet break and want to go golfing, fishing, walking or sightseeing, there is an abundance of choice available to you. If you want a bit more excitement, there is whitewater rafting and surfing nearby. Without venturing too far, you will also find Glamis Castle, Arbroath Abbey, Dundee City of Discovery or the Angus Glens. There is something for everyone.
